Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30 and check-out is until 12:00. Any check-in outside the established hours is subject to additional charges and must be coordinated with the hostel staff. If check-out is later than the allowed time, you will be charged for an additional day.

We make no exceptions.

You can change check-in and check-out dates (as long as availability allows), but please note that there are no refunds, so you must ensure you will need all the services and rooms required before formalizing a reservation. To add more people or more services to an already formalized reservation is not a problem (as long as availability allows), you will only pay the difference in those cases and/or a new quote will be made.

No. Under absolutely no circumstances is entry or reservation allowed to people who have not formalized the reservation officially via email and/or through the website's reservation request system.

Yes, we offer full breakfast ($4,000 CLP/day), lunch ($9,000 CLP/day) and dinner ($9,000 CLP/day), plus other dishes sold independently. We also have a Mini Market available, selling drinks, ice cream, snacks, etc.

We have a complimentary breakfast, which is included with all reservations. This includes a ham and cheese sandwich and coffee/tea. If you want a more complete and hearty breakfast, you can order the full breakfast for an additional price ($4,000 CLP/day).
